The Prudencio Saez Model 24 (now officially designated as the 2-FP) is an intermediate-level flamenco negra guitar handcrafted in Spain, known for its balanced sound, strong attack, and high-quality materials. It is designed for students and performers, offering a professional flamenco sound at an affordable price point. It is widely considered one of the best value flamenco studio guitars in its category.
This example is understood to be about 20 years old. It has had very little use, and is offered in excellent condition, with no discernible fret wear or signs of use.
The four-clasp case has some small superficial marks to the surface vinyl covering, but is structurally sound.
The strings are new D’Addario Pro-Arte.
If you are looking to move up from a beginner instrument, or want an inexpensive but competent guitar for travelling, this could be for you. A new 2-FP instrument with a hard case retails at around £800, so this offering represents great value.
